Nice light, shifting winds, and conditions that never fully settled.

Catching up with old friends, meeting new ones, and Charlie holding it down by barking at absolutely everyone who crossed his path.

It was my first time shooting with my grandfather’s old camera, getting a feel for it, its pace, and what it wants you to pay attention to.

Really stoked on how these came out. The next mission is finding a longer lens and seeing what this thing can really do.

Clean Water means a lot more to me now than it ever has.

Traveling with my camera into communities where water isn’t guaranteed, where it’s a daily question, a choice, a risk, has completely changed the way I see the world. and somehow, in every place we’ve been, people still welcomed us with trust and open arms.

Photographing these moments with W.A.T.A. has made me realize how much we take for granted back home. turning on a tap, filling a bottle, not thinking twice.

But clean water isn’t only a need, it frees up time, reduces stress, protects families, and gives people space to grow. Being able to witness that has shaped me more than anything.

Today is Giving Tuesday, and if you’ve ever supported, shared, donated, or shown love for what we’re building… thank you.

We have a lot more work ahead, more communities to support, more ambassadors to train, and more filters + lights to get into the hands of families who need them.

I’ve been stoked on this film lately, and getting to shoot a roll at this beach and these waves felt real special (3 rolls in total on the trip). This might be the first red roll ever photographed here.

We also got a little lucky with the waves. (I’ll thank the Universal Juju for that one)

It was my third trip here, but I still feel like I’m evolving and learning, not just as a photographer, but in how work and fun are starting to blend together. Each time I come back, I grow a little alongside the surfers and the community we’re working with and I get to learn more about my own style.

I’m stoked to share even more photos from this trip. Some color, more red, a sprinkle of b&w, and one roll of purple, all small moments from this journey captured with light.

Water always has a way of bringing people together.

Surf Jam 2025 in Ngwe Saung

Costumes, stoke, and a paddle out with friends.
We gave thanks, laughed a lot, and surfed until the sunset.

This was my third trip to Ngwe Saung and every time the waves get a little better, and the connections grow a little stronger.

Being able to capture these moments on film makes it even more special to me and I’m very grateful for this opportunity to do what I love to do.

Water always has a way of bringing people together.

Surf Jam 2025 in Ngwe Saung

Costumes, stoke, and a paddle out with friends.
We gave thanks, laughed a lot, and surfed until the sunset.

This was my third trip to Ngwe Saung and every time the waves get a little better, and the connections grow a little stronger.

Being able to capture these moments on film makes it even more special to me and I’m very grateful for this opportunity to do what I love to do.
